LDK Healthcare Selects EeviCare

LDK Seniors Living, a leading provider of aged care services, has announced its partnership with Eevi, a leading innovator in Private Aged Care solutions. LDK has chosen EeviCare as the care monitoring platform for its flagship project, Amberfield at Yarralumla in Canberra. Eevi is set to roll out its comprehensive Private Aged Care solution, EeviCare, at Amberfield, introducing a range of new features to enhance resident safety and wellbeing. These include automated carer presence tracking, fall detection, wanderer management, and staff duress capabilities.
These additions complement EeviCare's existing suite of data-driven solutions, such as sleep pattern monitoring, activity monitoring, and personalised call response settings. Byron Cannon, CEO of LDK, shed light on the rigorous vendor selection process that spanned over nine months and involved over 30 candidates. "As a provider offering a unique blend of aged care services, including 24/7 care, palliative care, dementia care, retirement villages, and home care, finding the right technology solution was paramount," said Cannon. "Traditional nurse call systems didn't meet our requirements. Eevi's wireless infrastructure stood out, offering the flexibility to adapt to future technological advancements."
David Waldie, Managing Director of Eevi, emphasised the significance of EeviCare in the evolving landscape of aged care. "Eevi's Private Aged Care solutions are tailored to meet the needs of modern aged care providers," stated Waldie.
