After losing confidence in our previous 3G system, we made the switch to eevi and couldn't be happier. The support team at eevi has been impressive, providing reliable reporting and a trustworthy system. The call centre staff are friendly and patient, ensuring our residents feel secure, knowing help is there should they need it. Based on our experience, I highly recommend partnering with eevi.

The residents themselves experience peace of mind, knowing they can easily contact someone by simply pressing the button on their pendant. Overall, eevi has made a very positive impact on our community, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

The eevi cloud platform is so much better than (our previous) set up. We can see online or on the eevi App live what the current status is. Add and delete pendants, etc. Also the self-monitoring and alert system for the eevi boxes is great, ie. battery % and online statuses. This saves alot of time with ongoing PERS testing performed by Residents monthly and Staff quarterly.

It's very important for us to have the eevi service. Coming in independently, the residents have a sense of security and peace of mind that the Gateway is sitting there if it needs to be used. It also gives family members peace of mind. I have been connected with eevi for three years now. It's a nice, easy system. I feel very confident in the way everything is setup for my residents.

The eevi team is fantastic. Their efficiency, helpfulness, and professionalism in responding to queries have been consistently impressive. When incidents do arise and a resident has pressed their medical alarm, it is a quick response time and smooth process should an ambulance be needed. The eevi team always promptly notify us of any incidents so we can follow up and enhance the quality of care to our residents.

I cannot speak highly enough of eevi and their provision of medical alarms at our Village. Knowing I can rely on eevi for this critical service offers an incredible sense of relief. Thanks to eevi, maintenance staff no longer need to perform manual testing, freeing up their time to focus on other important tasks. Moreover, my faith in eevi's reliability during emergencies has allowed me to reduce the hours and save on costs of onsite nursing staff.

Having partnered with eevi for five years I am very happy with the level of service provided. New residents to our Retirement Village are pleasantly surprised when they can speak to an operator by pressing a button on their pendant or Gateway and the agent is already aware of their name and location within the Village. It brings them a great level of comfort knowing that help is there should they need it. The eevi app is easy to use, and their support team and processes contribute to a smooth and efficient operation.
