The eevi cloud platform is so much better than (our previous) set up. We can see online or on the eevi App live what the current status is. Add and delete pendants, etc. Also the self-monitoring and alert system for the eevi boxes is great, ie. battery % and online statuses. This saves alot of time with ongoing PERS testing performed by Residents monthly and Staff quarterly.

It's very important for us to have the eevi service. Coming in independently, the residents have a sense of security and peace of mind that the Gateway is sitting there if it needs to be used. It also gives family members peace of mind. I have been connected with eevi for three years now. It's a nice, easy system. I feel very confident in the way everything is setup for my residents.

Having partnered with eevi for five years I am very happy with the level of service provided.
